Amantii, Remii, and Sierra Flame Return Policy

Please note that only goods accompanied by a return material authorization number can be processed. Returned goods which arrive at our premises without an authorized RMA number shall be refused or returned at the cost of the sender. 

The following procedure is to be followed in order to ensure proper and undamaged returns processing. All goods to be returned must be reported in advance. 

. All goods which have been registered and approved for return are assigned a return material authorization number that is communicated in advance to our receiving warehouse. • We will email you a copy of the RMA label with a unique number as well placement instructions. • This is to accompany the returned goods when you send it to us. One copy should be retained for your records. The returned material authorization (RMA) number must be included in any correspondence regarding the shipment. You will be given the shipping address upon approval. 

 

IMPORTANT: Please observe all of the following provisions Products can only be accepted for return upon receipt of our written approval. Returns should, of course, be limited to those brought about in exceptional circumstances except if it is a damaged product.

 

  • As a rule, the following cannot be returned Products which are eligible for parts under our warranty 

  • Products damaged in transit 

  • Products that have had their original manufacturers 

  • Packaging opened

  • Products that have been out of their original manufacturers packaging 

 

Goods delivered to our premises shall only be accepted if freight has been prepaid by the shipper except if damaged. Products must be returned via freight carrier and properly secured on an appropriately sized pallet. To minimize exposure to the packaging, it is advised that the unit be wrapped in plastic wrap once secured to the pallet. Units must not be shipped via courier and any units arriving to the warehouse via courier (such as but not limited to UPS or FEDEX) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the expense of the customer. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice as well as a copy of the RMA label provided. If the packaging shows signs of damage, the product will be returned at the expense of the customer or scrapped, as desired. If a return is desired, we are to be notified of this within a period of 5 days. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee

DAMAGES 

 

It is our goal to provide quality products to our customers. All of our factories carefully inspect each item before it is packaged and shipped to our warehouses. Every effort will be made to ensure that your order arrives safely. Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Should exterior damage to the carton be visible, make a notation on the shipper’s delivery ticket. Report any losses or damages to Amantii immediately and notify the carrier. 

 

All damaged cartons should be saved until the claim is settled. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle any claims for freight damage or missing items. We are not responsible for any freight errors after the item has left our warehouse. Please note that our products are not packaged for the courier environment. 

 

ORDERING POLICY FREIGHT CLAIMS GUIDELINES 

 

Be aware of your carrier’s freight claims guidelines. • Note (write) on all shipments: Subject to concealed damage. • Note exceptions of known or visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Note if the shipment is accepted or refused. • If concealed damage is found after the shipment was delivered, set the product aside and contact the carrier to report the damage and request an inspection. • If you are filing a claim, the damaged goods, including all packaging must be kept until the claim is processed by the carrier. • Report all instances of damage or shortage to the carrier as soon as possible, generally within 15 days unless otherwise noted. • When filing a claim, you are responsible for proving that the carrier received the freight in good condition, what items were damaged or short, and the dollar value of the lost or damaged goods. • The invoice must be paid in full in order for the carrier to review the claim.
